  • I work with individual adults in Ohio.

  • Yes, I am in-network with multiple insurance providers, including:

  • For clients with insurance, I accept the insurance plans listed above. For clients who do not have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, my cash rate is $100 per session. I accept the following payment methods:

    • American Express

    • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    • Mastercard

    • Visa

  • I do not provide in-person sessions at this time, but online telehealth sessions. This allows me to serve clients throughout Ohio from the comfort and convenience of their own space.

  • All of my therapy sessions are conducted through secure video calls using the Tava Telehealth platform. This HIPAA-compliant platform ensures your privacy and confidentiality while providing a seamless therapy experience. You'll need:

    • A reliable internet connection

    • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone

    • A private, comfortable space where you can speak freely

    I am available for sessions on weekdays, and we can schedule appointments that work with your schedule.
