about kylle Kelly
Licensed talk therapist
Hi, I’m Kylle!
One of the strongest predictors of success in counseling is a client’s connection with the therapist. Finding someone you feel comfortable with, trust, and can open up has been statistically proven to matter a lot.
So in this section, I try to give you a sense of who I am beyond my credentials and profile photo. It’s a fair ask.
I've spent more than 20 years working in human services and mental health settings with people navigating some of life's hardest moments. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals struggling with addiction, people in crisis, people receiving inpatient and outpatient mental health services, older adults, members of the Deaf community, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and children and families affected by burn injuries.
My belief in therapy is not just professional, it's personal. I still go to my own therapy. I've experienced the vulnerability of asking for help, the discomfort of confronting patterns, and the growth that can happen when we get brave and do the work. While your story is uniquely yours, my own experience reminds me just how much courage it takes to start therapy and to keep showing up for yourself.
When I'm not working, you'll find me volunteering with a local dog rescue, renovating my house 1 room at a time, and spending time with my dogs. We love dogs here!

Chief Wellness Officer
Pippa’s wellness mission is to remind everyone through example that rest is an essential part of emotional wellness. Occasionally, her snoring must be directed away from the telehealth stratosphere.
Pippa was adopted through Badass Bulldog Rescue. My practice is proud to sponsor the rescue efforts of this registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit. Interested in adoption?
Visit Badass Bulldog Rescue's website https://www.badassbulldog.org/adoptable-dogs) for more information.
Director of Security
Hattie specializes in blanket burrowing and occasional surprise appearances when she suspects squirrel activity in the yard. She maintains a zero tolerance policy for squirrels.
Hattie was adopted through KY Hopeful Paws (make name a link), a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit rescue specializing in small dogs, puppy mill survivors, and animals rescued through legal seizures. Interested in adopting? Visit their website (make that a link: https://www.kyhopefulpaws.com/) for more information.
My biggest therapeutic goal is to see and understand you as you see and understand yourself.
Then, together we can create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
Authenticity
I bring my genuine self to our work because meaningful change happens in the context of a trusting relationship.
Empathy
Everyone’s story makes sense when viewed in context. You will be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Growth
Change is possible. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you and create space for new possibilities.
Collaboration
Our work will integrate your values, intuition, and lived experience with evidence-based approaches to support meaningful change.
My Education & EXPERIENCE
Before and alongside my clinical training, I have spent over 20 years working in mental health and human services settings.
That experience has given me a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives and the many ways people adapt, grow, and change.
