I work with individual clients navigating relationship challenges. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from their partner, trapped in the same painful arguments, consumed by worry about someone they love, questioning the future of their relationship, or trying to make sense of betrayal, infidelity, or addiction within the family system.
Within my focus on relationship work, two specific areas of specialization are relationships affected by affairs or infidelity and relationships impacted by addiction.
I work with both people healing from betrayal and those who have found themselves outside the boundaries of their relationship. Whether you are trying to understand what happened, rebuild trust, process the trauma of betrayal, or decide what comes next, individual therapy can offer a space for you to reflect and process without shame or judgment.
Loving someone struggling with addiction, alcoholism, compulsive gambling, or substance abuse can leave you feeling hypervigilant, consumed by worry, emotionally exhausted, or unsure where your responsibility begins and ends. Some of the people I work with find support in12-step communities. Together, we can explore the relationship patterns that may no longer be serving you and help you build relationships that feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
